At the 26th IHF Men’s World Championship all matches will be played in venues that have a capacity of more than 10,000 spectators.

The arenas all offers modern facilities and a high level of service for the spectators and the participating teams.

 

Berlin – Mercedes-Benz Arena

Preliminary round group A.

Team Germany plays all their matches of the preliminary round in this arena.

Capacity: 14.800

 

Munich – Olympiahalle

Preliminary round group B.

Team France or Croatia will play, if qualified, all their matches in the preliminary round in this arena.

Capacity: 12.000

 

Herning – Jyske Bank Boxen

Preliminary round group C – Main round group II – Final and bronze match.

Team Denmark plays all their matches in the preliminary round in this arena, except for their first match that is played in Royal Arena, Copenhagen.

Capacity: 15.000

 

Copenhagen – Royal Arena

Preliminary round group D – President’s Cup teams ranked 5 and 6 after preliminary round.

Team Sweden or Norway will play, if qualified, all their matches in the preliminary round in this arena.

Capacity: 13.500

 

Cologne – LANXESS Arena

Main round group I – President’s Cup teams ranked 4 after preliminary round.

Capacity: 19.250

 

Hamburg – Barclaycard Arena

Semifinals.

Capacity: 13.300.
